The saga over whether or not the Blu Moon Cafe will be allowed to serve alcohol outdoors in the courtyard has FINALLY been resolved. City Council and Police Chief Deborah Duncan have agreed to recommend permits be issued for alcohol to be served within the infamous “potted plant line.”
